But if they are playing on both consoles, So on the main console, my kids can use any DLC that has already been purchased (since it is licensed to me on that console).
So right now, the only DLC for Gears 3 that is on both systems at home is licensed to me. Soon came to realize that the problem is: when DLC licensed to two different users exists on the same console, none of that DLC is available to any user playing on that console. I originally posted this problem at Epic Games' forums here:
